Mountain Valley, Carmel CA July 22, 2007. The Spanish Riding School visits Mountain Valley.
On Sunday, July 22 Andreas Hausberger, head trainer of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna, Austria spent two hours at Mountain Valley schooling the Program's horses and giving our horse handlers an advanced tutorial in long reining technique. The focus was on hand and driving positions, half halts and yielding. This was a very energizing and educational afternoon for the horses, the horse handlers and for those who observed the tutorial.
